  • Cannot be combined with any other specials/discounts
  • You may gift facials/IV therapy to a friend if you’re unable to use or rollover.
  • 90 day minimum commitment is required.
  • 30 days written notice for cancellation.
  • You may freeze account once per year for a maximum of three months after 90 day minimum has been met.
  • $75 re-enrollment fee.
