The DHH Med Spa Story
Founded in 2015, DHH Med Spa started out as a concierge healthcare service. As the business grew, our focus shifted from at home care services to in-office treatments with an emphasis as a Med Spa in Scottsdale.
Over the years DHH Med Spa has won various awards including 2019, 2021 and 2022 Best Botox in the Valley, 2018/2019 Most loved Injector and Best of Arizona Business in the category of cosmetic treatments, Ultherapy, Agnes RF, Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, facials, chemical peels, lasers, weight loss management, IV’s and hormone therapy for 2017-2025.

Megan Davies
MSN, FNP-BC, CANS
Known for her natural-looking results and unwavering commitment to safety, Megan Davies, FNP-C, is one of Arizona’s most experienced aesthetic injectors.
With more than 20 years of healthcare experience and over a decade specializing in aesthetics, Megan has built a reputation for helping clients look refreshed, confident, and like the best version of themselves—never overdone.
After beginning her nursing career at Cleveland Clinic and earning her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Megan completed advanced aesthetic training in 2013 after a dermatology rotation with a top dermatologist in Scottsdale and founded her Scottsdale practice in 2015 while also working at a top plastic surgery office. Today, she is recognized as a leader in the industry, serving as a national trainer for Prollenium, Medical Director for multiple Arizona practices, and educator for fellow injectors through the Academy of Aesthetics Scottsdale.
Megan’s expertise includes Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PDO threads, PRP/PRF, RF microneedling, Renuva, Ultherapy, medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and therapeutic Botox for migraines, TMJ, and hyperhidrosis.
Her work has earned numerous industry recognitions, including Best Botox in the Valley (AZ Foothills Magazine), multiple Best of Arizona Business Awards, and invitations to advanced trainings reserved for top-performing injectors nationwide.
What truly sets Megan apart is her belief that exceptional results start with exceptional training. Every treatment offered in her practice is extensively researched, carefully selected, and performed with a focus on safety, precision, and natural beauty. Megan is truly an artist, in school she always loved drawing portraits, now she is able to continue with her artistic eye doing what she loves. With a love for dogs, Megan has been able to give back to local dog rescues and strives to help adopt out as many dogs as possible.

We Support Dogs In Need
We provide resources such as donations for veterinary care including spay and neuter initiatives, dog food, and needed items such as puppy pads. Our office always accepts items for donation. We feel it is important to spread the word about adopting and often post on our social media about dogs available for adoption.
Some of the shelters we help are Arf-Anage, Lost Our Home, Incredibull Stella, Love them All, Poverty’s Pets, Almost There Rescue and more

Kelly Coleman
Practice Coordinator
Kelly is thrilled to be back living in the Valley of the Sun after spending over a decade in Northern California.
Kelly’s roots are in esthetics and skin care, primarily in the treatment room but she also spent time on the corporate side, which solidified that she loves to be in the day to day action of helping people look and feel their best!
Kelly is passionate about skin care, health, and all things beauty. Her favorite treatments are Botox, Sculptra and Diamond Glow Facials.
When Kelly is out of office she can be found hiking with her dogs and spending time with her husband and four kids.
Janai Gonzalez
Patient Coordinator
Meet Janai, a dedicated sales coordinator with five years of experience in the industry. Janai’s passion resides in connecting with patients over the phone & in person, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their treatment options. With a natural ability to make people feel at ease, Janai thrives in guiding patients through their journey by explaining treatments clearly, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns. For Janai, it’s not just about answering questions —it’s about building trust and helping patients take the first step toward a positive experience!
Katie Banks
Medical Assistant
Originally from California, Katie moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University, where she graduated in 2022. Captivated by the world of medicine and aesthetics, she chose to stay in Arizona and is now pursuing her nursing degree at the University of Arizona with the goal of becoming an aesthetics nurse injector.
As a medical assistant, Katie works closely with patients and alongside Megan, gaining hands-on experience and insight into advanced injectable techniques. She especially enjoys the transformative treatment of facial balancing using dermal fillers and appreciates the artistry involved in creating natural, refined results.
Outside the treatment room, Katie is a go-to for local recommendations—whether you’re looking for the newest restaurant openings in the Valley or need travel tips. Her love for exploring new places means she always has a great suggestion ready.
Dulcina Kennon
LE CLT Laser Technician and Esthetician
Dulcina is an Arizona native who was born in Tucson, raised in Casa Grande, and now living in Chandler. She completed her esthetics training at Avalon Institute and received her laser technician education at NALA Institute. With a strong foundation in advanced treatments and skincare science, she brings both knowledge and experience to every client she works with.
Her approach goes beyond the surface—she is dedicated to creating personalized skincare routines that fit each client’s lifestyle while promoting the long-term benefits of healthy skin. Guided by care, honesty, and a genuine desire to help others, Dulcina makes it her mission to ensure every client feels comfortable and confident in their own skin.
Outside of work, Dulcina enjoys hiking Arizona’s trails, exploring the outdoors, and relaxing with movies. She also loves traveling and discovering new places, always finding inspiration from the people and cultures she experiences along the way.
Nicole Jongsma

Nicole is a Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and Laser Safety Officer with over 6 years of experience in advanced medical aesthetics. A graduate of Penrose Academy, Nicole earned Honor Roll recognition in both Laser and Aesthetics. Nicole has built her career working within plastic surgery practices and medical aesthetic offices alongside leading plastic surgeons, nurses, and providers throughout Scottsdale, Arizona and has earned a reputation as a trusted industry professional.
Nicole takes a full-circle approach to patient care—combining customized skincare, in-office treatments, and aesthetic enhancement options to create natural, balanced, long-term results. With extensive experience in advanced laser technologies, skin rejuvenation, corrective skincare, and aesthetic treatments you can feel safe knowing Nicole will recommend the best treatments for your skincare concerns., Nicole’s experience includes working as an aesthetic trainer, helping educate and guide others in treatment techniques and patient care.
Nicole believes exceptional results come from treating the whole aesthetic journey—not just a single concern. Her goal is to create personalized treatment plans that support skin health, confidence, and lasting results through every stage, from skincare and advanced treatments to comprehensive aesthetic care.
Outside of the treatment room, Nicole is a proud mom to two teenage boys, fiancée, dog mom to two Weimaraners and a Dalmatian, and a licensed fine line tattoo artist.
Louie
Office Greeter and Emotional Support Dog
When dropping off a donation of dog food at the county shelter Louie sat there at 5 weeks old with his bow tie looking in need of a good home. Louie found that home and now has two brothers to play with whenever he wants. With genetic testing by wisdom panel, Louie was found to be Chihuahua, miniature poodle, american staffordshire terrier, miniature pinscher and terrier mix. Everyone finds him to be 100% adorable. Louie takes his jobs at DHH Med Spa seriously. Job #1 greeting people. Job #2 receiving scratches Job #3 sitting on laps or his bed. Although Louie may look like he loves treats, he is actually more into scratches. Louie loves his job so much he has to be pulled out of the office at the end of the day. Because he knows what it was like to be a shelter dog, Louie loves to help give back to dogs in need, along with his mom and welcomes donations that he can drop off.
