At DHH, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For Monday appointments, please notify us by the Friday prior, as we are closed on weekends.
Late cancellations (under 48 hours) will incur a fee:
- $100 for 30 minutes
- $200 for 60 minutes
- +$100 for each additional 30 minutes
Appointments 90 minutes or longer require a deposit. Rescheduling within 48 hours does not waive the fee. Arrivals 10+ minutes late may be treated as a same-day cancellation and may not be seen. Please review all consent forms and contact us if you have any concerns about treatment eligibility. It is your responsibility to confirm cancellations or notify us about any concerns.
