We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. We ask that you provide 24 hours notice (to avoid a $50 cancelation fee for a 30 min appt and $100 fee for over 30 min appt. For any appointment an hour and a half or more, we do require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit does go towards the total cost of your service. Rescheduling for the same day or another day does not mean the fee will not be charged, as we most likely will not be able to fill that empty slot on short notice. Please arrive early, we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be seen and may be subject to a reschedule fee.
